1. leadership moments.

this wednesday, a presentation from the council will be done during morning assembly.

there will be two choices.

1. skit

2. sharing of our ICYL experience (a conference that a few of us went)

if you guys prefer one or two, please tag. however, please bare in mind that skit may be super interesting and fun, time is a big and huge demoralising factor.

plot for skit has been thought.

will be something like project runway.

rather, its a leadership competition whereby one contestant will be seperated from the rest as she embodies what should be seen in a leader. ya da ya da.

2. duty list.

i hope you guys have checked your emails regarding new, well, updates.

DHs, please print your own duty list.

thanks all.

Hey EXCO,

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

And i'm very very sorry to spoil the mood, but I'm kinda nervous about Orientation, and am very very sure there are people out there confused about the duties.

So I shall say one more time

from 6.45-7.05,

It's only directing duties going on. That is, the councillors standing at either gate and telling people where to go.

Directing duty ends at 7.05, because after that it's assembly and by rights no more people should come in.
(even if there are, they'll leave their bags at the landscape garden as usual so pfft them)

7.05, 7.45 After that, the councillors holding sign cards should be at the parade square holding their sign cards.

These councillors may include the gate councillors from before, or class councillors.

There is by rights no clash in the duty list. If they seem to be doing double duty, the two duties are at different times.

By rights.

At any rate, for each Sec One class, like Mrs Yeo has said, there will be one Sec Two Councillor and one Sec Three Councillor. FOR ASSEMBLY, THAT IS.

Please reflect these points back to your own councillors!

Thanks, and eh, happy new year again,
Carren!
